FEBRUARY 26 MEETING CONTINUED:
PURPOSE: On February 26 the council
placed Travis Schaar on paid administrative leave until further
notice because of allegations of misconduct which are being
investigated by the County Attorney’s office. At this meeting
Travis Schaar requested an open meeting be held on March 2, 2009
so that he may tell his account of the incident at the Walnut
Grove Bar & Grill the evening of January 20, 2009.
