2024 Tax Forfeited Property Listing

Due to Law Changes in Forfeited Land Sales, the County has to hold an Initial Sale offering the properties for sale at Market Value. If the property(ies) do not sell at the Initial Sale, the County will then hold a Minimum Bid Sale. Below is a link listing the properties that will be going on the Tax Forfeited Lans sale. These parcels went into the State of MN Trust name on November 26, 2024, due to non-payment of property taxes.
